Rob joined Signs Plus 1995. He is currently the President of our second generation, family owned and operated business. Rob was born in Warren, Ohio and relocated to Sarasota, Florida with his parents and sister in 1978. Rob has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Jacksonville University. Sally Klinger co-founded Signs Plus with her husband, Bob Klinger, in 1988. She has worked with Signs Plus as the Vice-President and Comptroller since that time. Sally is always willing to wear another hat when needed and is often found helping out in other areas of the business. Sally was born and raised in Warren, Ohio. She resides in Sarasota, Florida with her husband. Sally has 2 grown children who both work with her at Signs Plus. She also has 5 grandchildren who also help keep her busy. Bob Klinger co-founded Signs Plus with his wife, Sally Klinger in 1988. Bob worked with Signs Plus as the President until 2008. He now provides consultation on various aspects of the business. Bob was born and raised in Warren, Ohio. He resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife. He has 2 grown children who both work in our second generation, family owned and operated business. Jim Edwards has worked as a Product Manager with Signs Plus since 2008. Jim has worked in sales since 1970. He owned a construction company for over 20 years and has managed retail stores among others. Jim resides in Bradenton, Florida with his wife of 37 years, Darlene. Kevin has worked with Signs Plus for over 11 years, both in Customer Service and Purchasing. He was born and raised in Warren, Ohio. He moved to Sarasota with his wife of 33 years, Sue, and their three children in 1996. Before moving into the sign industry, Kevin spent most of his time in the auto industry in body repair, including owning his own business. Sue has worked as a Graphic Artist with Signs Plus since 1994. Sue was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Prior to joining Signs Plus, Sue worked as an aerial photographer and has owned her own business in which she created hand painted clothing and glassware. Steven joined the Signs Plus Grahpic Arts team in 2009. He was raised in Brooklyn, NY and came to Florida in 1994. Steven focused on fine arts in high school, took commercial art courses in tech school, and ended up double majoring in two branches of graphic design later in college. Prior to joining Signs Plus, Steven worked with several other sign companies. In his free time, Steve can be found working on recreating medieval armor, illustrating, tinkering with home-made computers, or reading fantasy and science fiction. Sue Norris has worked with Signs Plus in Accounts Receivable since 2002 and is always willing to wear another hat whenever asked. Sue was born in Beloit, Wisconsin. Her family moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1969. Sue graduated from Sarasota High School and later married her high school sweetheart, Jeff Norris. They have one daughter. Kim joined Signs Plus as the Marketing Director in 2006. She was born in Warren, Ohio and moved to Sarasota, Florida with her parents and brother in 1978. Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville University, a Masters of Arts degree in Counselor Education from the University of South Florida, and is currently a candidate for a Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson College of Law, anticipated 2013. Lois has worked with Signs Plus since 2009. She was born in Warren, Ohio. She later lived in Walkill, New York and eventually moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1999. In addition to wearing several hats at Signs Plus, Lois and her husband, Don, are founders of Harvest Preparation International Ministries. Their work involves travel to many different countries offering leadership training for pastors and their staff. Lois has 3 grown sons and 5 grandchildren with a new one expected this summer.
